The Pain God Felt For Us, by Karen Rowe … To God be the Glory!

Dear Readers,

You have gone through the mourning process with me, whether you knew it, or not, through the last two posts.  Yesterday was the third day, when the Lord turned my sorrow into joy!  How awesome is it that on the 3rd day Jesus was Risen;  Praise God!!! … and on the 3rd day, my heavy sorrow was lifted from me!?  Now, there is still an empty place in our heart that will always belong to the love we have for Bonnie, but what has happened is that LOVE of God has lifted me UP from  the Sorrow and Grief; and LOVE has turned my Sorrow to JOY!  I hope this is a blessing to you as written yesterday; and below is also today’s Hope in Today Ministries’s Daily Friday’s Devotion.  We hope this is a blessing to you as well, which by our faith, we believe it will be, because of our faith in whom we serve … our living and wonderful Father God!

What an awesome God we serve!  Holy Spirit you are welcome here!  Thank You Jesus!  God loves you my friend!!!

The great power of LOVE / The pain God felt for us!

Jesus teaches us God’s love for us through our pain & love.

 

Love has pain.  Oh yes!  Think about anything / anyone you have ever loved & lost…there has been pain if you have loved.

 

God loved us so much, the pain was unbearable to loose us to death!  The pain of LOVE for us was so terrible that He thought to Himself that He would give everything He had for just one more day with us!

 

 

And God did just that! And God sealed us to be with Him for each day as long as He calls it Today; & made our life so that He would never loose us ever again!

 

 

 

This is how we have felt in our family this week as we have been grieving over the loss of our beloved dog, Bonnie.   We’ve had many dogs die before & it is never easy, yet Bonnie was the picture of God’s love for us!

 

I’ve heard it said that when a dog looks at you, their brain secretes the same thing as when a person falls in love!  I saw it in Bonnie’s eyes every time she looked at me!  Unconditional love!

 

Sandy, was like a child to us when we first got married.  Buster is a “Goof-ball” & always wants something.  But Bonnie only wanted to give love!

Does this love remind you of God?  God only wants to give love!

 

Bonnie was loyal beyond any dog I have ever known!  She would wait on us and always be there never to complain; although we could see the sadness in her eyes when we would leave.

 

Does this love remind you of God and the Way He extendes His love for us?

 

Bonnie loved to just be around us and go where we would go.  She would wedge herself on the golf cart; and ride with us where ever we would go.   Bonnie’s last feat she did for me and with me was that she managed to wedge herself in my car to go with me…to the Vet.  Little did we know that it would be the last time we would see her.  Bonnie died.

 

BUT her life just went out of her body! I was praying; and talking to God so deeply to be with her, because I was a coward … & … too didn’t want Bonnie to suffer any longer.   I was SO deep in prayer, that I felt in my heart the exact minute when Bonnie let go to go to be with God in the PLACE Jesus had PREPARED for her!

 

And, I come to realize that Life is connected to life!

 

I have been blessed to have many experiences from God in what I believe to be true; and still in the pain of it all, what do I do, but express pain, as grief & doubt.  However my weakness, God’s Fatherly hand held me & kept me and commanded me to stop the words that hurt God so!

 

Where was my faith in those doubting moments?  In the hand of God to increase!!!!

 

Last night, Jesus helped me!  Thru the Holy Spirit I heard my heart that believes tell my son, God sent Bonnie to us to teach us to love. And God knew how long Bonnie would stay.   God is still using our love for Bonnie to teach us, about the pain that God felt when sin took us away from Him to death!

The pain of loosing a loved one to death is unbearable & terrible & crippling!  God could not bear to loose us to death!  So God , Because God So loved us, HE sent us Jesus to save us from death and bring us back to Him!

And Jesus was the only one who qualified!

Friends, the LIFE in Bonnie s NOT gone!  We just can’t see her for a little while.  But in a little while we will see her again; and all will be made well when completeness comes!

 

Look up to Jesus and make God’s heart glad!  You’ll know God’s happiness in you when your JOY is full!

 

This is what God gave me; to 1st believe, convinced in the Truth … & now that I am strong enough in my understanding, I can share this much!

God loves you with this kind of Love!

Friend, if you don’t know about God’s love for you; I encourage you to read God’s Word & meet Jesus Today!  God loves you with this kind of Love!  That God went out and sold everything He had to purchase your soul’s life  SO THAT you could come  back to HIM!

 

Jesus is the Way, the Truth & the Life!

 

Why pace on the other side of the fence?  Why don’t you just use thr gate?  Jesus is that gate to life!

 

 

 

God gave His Son for us, but JESUS IS not just anyone…God gave OF Himself & it was in a WAY, SO that Jesus would NOT fail!!! God made it SO; & Jesus Qualified!  And God COME to us in a way that only God can come!

 

PRAISE GOD FOR THIS REVELATION!  If you get this, you will never be the same!!!

 

By His Son & Thru His SPIRIT!

 

 

Jesus asked,

“Do you finally believe?

John 16:31 NLT

 

  This is a picture of my dad’s and my mom’s wedding rings!  A picture of commitment to each other!  A picture of a commitment to a marriage covenant! A picture of God’s relationship with us!  We are beginning to see the love of God in a way that if we get this, we will never be the same!

When I saw this Scripture, “Sadness will be turned into joy (John 16:16-33 NLT),” in my pain, I wondered … how can this be????    But LOVE lifted me up!  This is miracle to report to encourage you that God has SO loved the World and Jesus has gone to prepare a place for us!   This is true!  Love never fails!  Love endures!  Love waits!  Love mourns, but love is the exact evidence of LIFE EVERMORE!!!  Life is with God and LIFE is connected to LIFE!  Wanna experience this life with God and a nearness to those closest now with God?  Let LOVE lift you up!!!

Daily Devotion to God’s Word

 

Look UP to Jesus and what God has done!

This week has been an incredible journey of growing in a personal assurance & awareness of God’s PRESENCE with us through our sorrows and grief!

I learned that I could doubt when left to my own mind in pain. I learned I could be blinded by fear to remember what I teach.

I learned that we need each other to come along side of us to remind us and be the positive in a negative situation.

Friends, I learned that LIFE is connected to LIFE!

I am hear today, after the trial & God’s very hand lifted me up! I am here today stronger in my faith than I have ever been!

I am sure! Beyond sure; I am really sure of who Jesus is to the world!

Would you like to come along with me and hear what the Lord had shown me as HE has turned my sorrow into joy?!!!

It takes a negative situation to experience the power of the positive influence from God for us, with us and in us to turn things around!!!

Yes there is a terrible pain when we face the death of anyone we love! And God has shown me, this is the terrible, almost unbearable pain HE felt when He lost us to death!

God has given all He had to bring us back to life! And there is a very real presence of the God of life! And life is connected to life!

If we get this, we will never be the same!

The presence of life is found in believing who God is & who we are!

The Presence of love is evidence of life!!

And when UNDERSTANDING comes…that there is a purpose … of in every situation… there is a season, its THEN that we can see the great & tremendous love of God & then that is when our sorrow is turned to JOY.

You know, some don’t believe God has feelings? But He does!! God is saddened & grieved by our negative & doubting words. But when JOY comes most times in the morning after we learn what God knows we need to know & believe, we know our faith in God has made His heart glad by the JOY that comes!

Joy is experiencing God’s emotion thru our trust & love that is built in Him!

Thank you Jesus for dying for me. Can I get an amen?
