Dear Friends and Readers of FGGAM,
Perhaps your mind is flooding with Scriptures right now? My mind thinks of Jesus stooping to draw in the sand, to rise and speak words that turned every heart from the right to condemn anyone. Scriptures rise up in my mind about what the word of God says about many things we see rampant in the world. May I begin by sharing that Scripture?
But what does it say?
6 But the righteousness based on faith says, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down) 7 “or ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
Romans 10:6-7 English Standard Version (ESV)
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); 9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. 11 For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.”
Romans 10:8-11 English Standard Version (ESV)
“The word is near you,
in your mouth and in your heart”

Listening to the Bible read is an amazing wealth of knowledge & is the “training reigns” to my heart!
Silence used to pressure me to fill that void. But silence gives opportunity for powerful words to be spoken, by both the righteousness of God; & by those who are willing to repent. But, there are those that abandon the hope God gives, by choice to continue in sin.
The Bible uses the word fools. Let’s look up that word to comprehend the deeper meaning that God is not condemning, but simply stating the facts; sin condemns.
Fools defined: “someone who disregards God’s Word.”
As we learn in James Chapter 3, which details True Wisdom comes from God, AND makes us to be aware that there are TWO TYPES of wisdom that come to us; one of which is from below.
The Bible lists many characteristics of fools, often CONTRASTING him with one who is wise.
Fools do not learn their lessons from the mistakes they make. They continue doing the same foolish things over and over again, to their own destruction (Proverbs 18:7).
In ministry, it is vital to have understanding and light to distinguish when we have gone as far as we can go! I pray for mercy to go with those who prove they don’t hate the lifestyle God delivered them from, …cuz until a person comes to hates the sin, how could they see it as wrong to want to turn & walk away to never look back?
We choose to walk to God and become Wise / or walk away from God to tread sin like a fool.
“ALTHOUGH fools CAN choose TO become wise BY heeding wise counsel AND applying it (Proverbs 8:5; 21:11), The Bible WARNS against associating with fools (Proverbs 14:7). Proverbs 13:20 says, “Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.”
The believer’s Hope is Jesus & Holy Spirit Prayers, which is the power to go beyond our emotions & strong enough to let go!
I believe REPENT is the Word Up today! And, remembering that God is The Judge, The Holy Spirit convicts & our job is to pray.
We don’t have the right to call some one beyond the reach of God and therefore condemned.
