Please pray with us for rain in the southwest. Here in New Mexico and states nearby we are dry as a bone. Here in Albuquerque we are under another wind advisory, high of 85 today at FGGAM in Albuquerque. You put together the severe drought, high winds, that equals extreme fire danger and more bad news for ranchers and farmers.

Pastor Richard Mansfield leads us in prayer………
Heavenly Father, we are so blessed to have You as our Savior and Lord. We thank You for always meeting our every need. We cry out to You on behalf of our beloved New Mexico and the surrounding Southwestern States that are experiencing a drought like us. We remember that the Prophet Elijah prayed for rain and You were extremely gracious in answering his prayer. we too lift up our voice to You asking that You send us the much needed rain and that we all so desperately need. Our farmers and ranchers rely on the rain for their livestock and for the farming season. We need the rain to keep our State from forrest fires and other threatening catastrophes. Send us an abundance of rain without flooding our mudslides. Send us an abundance of rain to fill our lakes, ponds and rivers. Send us an abundance of rain to bring life to our desolate and parched land. We know that You have the power to do this and in Jesus name, we ask that You meet our every need, Amen!
2 Chronicles 7:14-15 “Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. My eyes will be open and my ears attentive to every prayer made in this place.”
Matthew 18:19““Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.”
Deuteronomy 11:13-15 “If you carefully obey the commands I am giving you today, and if you love the Lord your God and serve him with all your heart and soul, then he will send the rains in their proper seasons—the early and late rains—so you can bring in your harvests of grain, new wine, and olive oil. He will give you lush pastureland for your livestock, and you yourselves will have all you want to eat.”
Thank you Pastor Richard, we love you and Cindy and your congregation at New Beginnings!
