Romans 3:27-31 (NKJV): Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law. 29 Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, 30 since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. 31 Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.
Today, we look at Justification. Miriam-Webster Online Dictionary defines Justification:

What does that mean. It means that there had to be the Perfect Sacrifice to pay our debt that we accumulated through our sins. We failed by trying to live by The Law. It was something that was created so that we understood the standards God wanted from us. But it also showed us how “crippled” we are without Him working in our lives.
He did give us a way to “atone” for our sins. This was through animal sacrifice. The problem with this is that the sacrifice only covered our sins for a period of time. The sacrifices He allowed for u s did not pay the debt we had. It only covered for a short period of time.
Many of you may already be aware of all this. So, why the reminder? Because many of us forget that He did cover our sins through His Death and Resurrection. Then we start to “beat” ourselves up for things that are in the past. There maybe people who come into our lives and try to continue to bring those up. Let us remember, that we can Trust that through The Death of Jesus on the Cross, Through us coming into Faith and developing that Relationship with Him, those sins are no longer part of us.
It starts with Our Relationship with Jesus. If you don’t have a Relationship with Him or you need to rekindle that Relationship, do it now. Call out to Him and seek his Love and Forgiveness. It really is as hard or easy as you make it.
We should look to Him daily to seek a relationship with Him. I want to encourage you to seek Him today, if you haven’t already. If you need help, have questions or need direction in this regard, please, feel free to let me know.
