What Should We Expect After National Day Of Prayer?

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Today being National Day of Prayer, groups of people will gather to pray all over our nation. This is vital for the future of our nation, to pray. Then we must listen and obey.

What should we expect after a day of prayer? We should expect Him to answer. God tells us that He hears us when we pray. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him. (1 John 5:14-15)

As we come together in unity, God tells us He commands a blessing. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! (Psalm 133:1)

God also tells us when we pray, we must believe and have faith that we will receive. Hebrews 11:6 tells us without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Jeremiah 33:3 tells us to call to Him and He will answer us and tell us great and unsearchable things that we do not know. God Himself gives us strategies to overcome the evil in our world. He reveals hidden schemes of the enemy and shows us how to overcome.

I like to pray the Holy Scriptures back to God, for these are His promises to us. He tells us that His Word does not return void and that His promises (covenant) are yes and amen. (2 Corinthians 1:20)

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts. So is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. (Isaiah 55:8,9,11-13)

Once again today let’s pray the Lord’s prayer together from Matthew 6:9-13.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those
who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
forever and ever, Amen.

Father, we pray, we believe and we receive today for our nation according to your Word in 2 Chronicles 7:14. Thank you for blessings our nation once again. Amen

For whom the son sets free is free indeed. (John 8:36) God Bless the USA!
