Today is Father’s Day in the U.S. Let’s honor our dads with prayer and also by going to church with them. Fathers have an awesome responsibility in leading their families Spiritually.

Happy Father’s Day to all you dads!

Father, because of how You work in our lives, our wives shall be like a fruitful vines In the very heart of our houses, our children like olive plants All around our tables. Behold, thus shall the man be blessed Who fears the LORD. We thank You for being an example of a Father. (Taken From Psalms 128:3-4)

Today, we want to lift up all fathers. We ask that You Help them Lead their families. We pray that You Work in their hearts to show them how to Love. We ask You to give them Strength to be able to Protect their families. We ask You to give them Wisdom in helping their children grow. We ask You to Help them listen when their children need an ear to talk to. We ask You to Help them teach their children to follow You.

You, Father, have been the Greatest example of who a father should be. We thank You for Your Generous Love and Sacrifice for us. We thank You for the opportunity to be a father here, and allowing us to be an example. We thank You that we can turn to You when we need instruction in leading our children and families. Thank You for being Our Heavenly Father.

We pray this In Jesus Name, Amen.

If we are to please God, we need to allow The Holy Spirit to set us apart. We need to pursue a sinless life. We are to seek Righteousness. How do we do it? Through prayer, study, fellowship, being willing to be corrected/accountability, discipleship, and service.

It starts with Our Relationship with Jesus. If you don’t have a Relationship with Him or you need to rekindle that Relationship, do it now. Call out to Him and seek his Love and Forgiveness. It really is as hard or easy as you make it.

We should look to Him daily to seek a relationship with Him. I want to encourage you to seek Him today, if you haven’t already. If you need help, have questions or need direction in this regard, please, feel free to let me know.

Maybe today you are struggling with something. Maybe you may have found yourself not as close to The Lord as you thought. We would like to help you in this through prayer and guidance.
