KOB TV reports that Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller has named Mike Geier as permanent Police Chief!
I have been blessed to have had two good talks with Chief Geier! He is very passionate about turning around the crime rate in Albuquerque. He is very intelligent, such awesome police instincts, great leader, cares about the men and women on his force and he cares so much about Albuquerque. I have talked to several APD officers and they all speak highly of Chief Geier. I believe Albuquerque is very blessed by Mayor Keller’s derision!
