Yes, New Wine!
Good morning beautiful people. I was thinking this morning how God changes us. I certainly am not the person I was five years ago or even ten tears ago. Every day we get a chance to grow more into the image of our Creator or we can stay stuck in the way things currently are. Some days the journey is tough, the day doesn’t go like I planned. Other days are so easy and I am amazed at all that was accomplished. Either way, either day, I am in need of His new wine.

Father, we thank you for new wine today. We want to be vessels fit for our masters use. Thank you that you change us from glory to glory. You love us way too much to leave us the way we are.
Father, at times we feel hard pressed, squeezed beyond the crushing. Then, you gently take us and show us the good fruit our lives have become. As we surrender our lives daily to you, you fill us to overflowing.
Thank you for freedom, thank you for your power, thank you for your new wine. Make us more into your image, we pray. May our lives bear fruit for your kingdom. We offer our lives back to you as our offering and for our masters use. Amen

John 15:1-3 I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.
Matthew 9:17 Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.
