Good morning beautiful people. We are a group of diverse people journeying life together. Some people are so sweet, kind, loving and some are just plain mean, nasty and challenging. For the mean folks, I try to take a step back to see if I can discover where their life was broken. I pray that God Himself would bind up their wounds. I have discovered some of the meanest people are just full of fear, hurt and buried pain. Some of the nicest people have just buried their pain deep and in need of love as well.
We can’t ignore the mean, bruised people in our path. We as Christians must reach out with the love of Christ and show them compassion. Let’s pray that we can share the love of Christ with someone today.
Father, thank you for your love. You are all love and compassion, full of mercy and grace. Your love is so amazing. Today, for broken people across this globe, we bring them to the healing waters of Jesus Christ. You have come to bind up their wounds and set them free.
Father, every hurt, every failure, every time we were wounded you saw it all. You say come, come to me my son, my daughter and let me heal those places and make you whole again. I am your good Father.
There is no brokenness you can’t heal and no pain you can’t take away. Father, give us the strength and willingness to reach out to people that are hurting today. Amen
