Then came the morning ! Are you looking for Jesus in Everything? I come to encourage you in one thing! Jesus loves you! It takes Courage to walk into the Blessings of Christ! And you have a great invitation & God is waiting with open arms to welcome you HOME to live with HIM forever & ever and for all Eternity!
When I think if all the good leaders in the Bible; I can’t help but to remember there were bad leaders too.
When we learn about King David, I think of a good heart with Good eyes of God.
When we see good hearts in the Bible, like David, we also see times of adversity & times of rescue.
I love to think about the faith in the 3 Hebrew boys, “Whether we live or die, we shall be with the Lord … (perhaps emphasis mine…LOOK IT UP).”
And David felt no need to raise up before his time to be King. Didn’t Saul get scared and jealous and run after thoughts that were only a % correct? David was not the threat, David served God well whether playing the harp to soothe the King Saul from the demonic torment (God turned him over too), or hiding in a cave to spare his life.
Doesn’t this sound like the same Spirit of Jesus? One thief asked for forgiveness & the other challenged Jesus to come down off that cross to save ___what?
As David didn’t kill Saul, Jesus hung on that cross HE chose to endure for us! JESUS made up HIS mind when He prayed, Father if it is possible…BUT Your will be done; not mine!
NOW here we are! IN this world WE have 3 choices, 1) With Christ? 2) Without Christ?
OR 3) Luke Warm/somewhere in the middle? IF you had this person on your payroll, what would you do with that? …somewhere BTW with you & not committed who to be loyal to? How would this effect YOU? How would you respond?
Friend, as the Lord pours this message to me to share, we need to know God’s Business to serve Him well.
Today, we need to learn what is GOOD in God’s Eyes & to learn to DISCERN through God’s Holy Word, to be able to define WHAT God defines as a NEED?
Over the years, I have learned, we must do all we know TO do, before God will respond.
Once we had a field with horses & There come a time we had to made a very difficult decision to let them go …We had to get rid of what was good in our life once before…to give God ROOM to show us what HE had in store!
TODAY, we have a field full of dirt bike jumps! God’s provisions has been health to our bones literally & Wisdom to our growing up son.
Will you make room for Jesus & God’s blessings?
How we respond to Jesus makes a difference!
