Good morning beautiful people, good morning. This morning I am so excited to go meet my Acts sisters as we prepare for the upcoming retreat. These ladies are the kindest women, full of God’s love. Let’s look at what kindness is.
Kindness is opening the door for someone that may be struggling. Kindness is the meal you pay for, even not knowing who they are. Kindness is a smile that brightens someone’s day. Kindness is telling some one that Jesus loves them and you care. Kindness is like wildfire, it spreads.
Today, let’s light the world on fire with kindness. Why? Just because we can, because we want to be like Jesus. Let’s Pray:
Father, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. (Galatians 5:22-23) Thank you for the Good Shepherd that watches over His flock. His gentle care and His kind ways moves His heart of mercy and compassion to go after the lost, the hurting and bring them back to His house.
Father, give us divine appointments with people that have needs that we don’t even know yet. Give us the compassion and kindness to make a difference in their lives. We want to reflect you, oh God.
Father, use us today to spread the wildfire of kindness to everyone we meet. Your love is agape, your heart to die for, your mercy everlasting and kindness for all mankind is ever flowing. Oh, how I love the healing waters of Jesus Christ. Amen
