We have been praying 24/7 for our state since January 2017 and God has truly done great things! 97 churches have engaged in 24/7 prayer and the Lord has answered many of our big prayers for our state. As we prayed, the Lord began to challenge us to serve our cities, so this past June we organized Convoy of Hope Albuquerque. 1500 volunteers and 100 churches and businesses came together to bless over 5,000 people with groceries, shoes, haircuts, medical services, family portraits, and many more services. 102 people made decisions for Christ and the Albuquerque Journal called it “the biggest charity event in New Mexico’s history”.
I truly believe that as we pray, the Lord will give us solutions to the problems that plague our cities. One of those solutions is our new partnership with the Albuquerque Police Department. APD has asked us to design a survey that compiles a list of community services our churches already provide. Police Chief Geier wants his officers to use this list to refer people in need to the services we offer. If you do not live in Albuquerque, we still encourage you to complete the survey and share it with every pastor you know in your area. We can send you the results of the survey for your city, so you can share it with your police department as well.
This survey takes approximately 8 minutes to complete. Feel free to share this with pastors who are not on our mailing list. We would love to have as many churches represented in this survey as possible. Let’s keep praying, and let’s keep listening to God’s astounding answers. How about you? What is God moving you to do as you pray for our state? We’d love to hear from you.
Below are some updates on upcoming events. We hope you can join us.
Praying for you and your church,
