HOPE IN TODAY MINISTRIES, INC. DAILY DEVOTION TO GOD’S HOLY WORD
Again, I love to look at different language versions to grasp my deeper understanding of what Jesus really wants us to comprehend.
Here we see the Word faith is translated to believing! And, the Word walk is translated to live!
(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
2 Corinthians 5:7 KJV
For we live by believing and not by seeing.
2 Corinthians 5:7 NLT
If we really Believe, we will ACT!
If you really believed a concert is coming to a town near you, you would buy your ticket to go; if you really wanted to go! BUT, if you doubted the proclamation; or questioned the source of information, would you spend your money?
This is exactly what basing our life on Jesus is like, by faith, because we are convinced God is the Source of the proclamation that Jesus has come & His life is good for us.
Yet, does my faith help you?
My goal is to tell what I know in Jesus according to the facts of the difference He makes in our life; hoping to stir up a desire in you to seek the Truth; & I know that if you seek Jesus, you will find Him!
How do you come to Jesus? Through & by the Name of Jesus. You pray and ask God to help you discover the truth. No one sees you, but GOD.
You have ears to hear & eyes to see; have you seen by faith what you spiritually knew?
My son come up behind me Yesterday, & I knew by faith he was standing there. I sensed my son’s presence, before I opened my eyes & turned to see him quietly standing there.
Faith is seeing with our spiritual eyes & hearing with our spiritual ears & believing God has placed His permission, or protection on our choices…and by faith we come into agreement with God.
Faith is sure of what we HOPE for & certain of what we don’t see with our human eyes. IE: if I told you I knew there was a candy bar in my kitchen, by faith you would go look to find it! If I told you the Truth, it would be there.
If I showed you the candy bar, would it require faith? How would you hope for what you can see?
Jesus is our Hope & He is The Way, The Truth & The Life with God. Believing on Jesus, by Faith will bring you into a relationship with God.
Grace is “In The kitchen”! Will you come to know & Believe in the Love God has for you, by your faith? & Find Jesus Is The Truth; He is God’s measure of love for you ♡
