What does charity have to do with love?
Well this is a great time to define this love we praise God about all this time! GOD is love!
Charity is the love we have toward each other, but unlike worldly love, we can come to understand. Love is made simple to believe, but nothing is simple until we “Get It.”
Have you ever heard a morning bird whistling the most beautiful tune that Peace was such a essence that this is where your heart wants to call home?
OK how about when you are feeling under the weather & it is damp & cold all around you, have you ever lit a candle, made a hot drink, or turned on a uplifting song?
This is how love works to cover … What?
Now think about why a person sins & what is a sin? Sympathy & manipulation is of one type of spirit not of Faith in Jesus, but there is another SPIRIT that is of God!
The Spirit of Confident Compassion is the Spirit of Jesus in us! Praying in the Holy Spirit, God will give you a method to overcome your own sinful PRIDE to look past another’s sinful AMBITIONS to see that people just need genuine LOVE!
But not just any love will do! Only the Spirit of Jesus can fill that hole in a person’s soul that is lonely… or feeling rejected & perhaps they don’t even know why.
But like that morning bird does what God created the bird to do, so it is with another soul, when we respond to Jesus and show compassion.
Imitation won’t do, but to be sincere & genuine is more than walking through the steps; but actually being in step with the Spirit of Jesus!
RAISE UP A NEW SPIRIT By the Same Spirit of God (LOVE)!
If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit (Gal 5:25).
“Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. Humans can reproduce ONLY human life (Jn3:5-6).”
FERVENT: having or showing great warmth or intensity of spirit, feeling, enthusiasm, etc.; ardent: a fervent admirer; a fervent plea. hot; burning; glowing.
CHARITY: the voluntary giving of help, to those in need of genuine love. Build UP…
And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
1 Peter 4:8 KJV
I hope this defines the story of this writing: As God comes under our sin to Raise us up in Christ Jesus, so must we come under each other’s human flaws, with fervent charity, to raise each other up; and if we do this right in Christ, watch the LIGHT of LIFE come on in their eyes!
