Jesus, You are our Shepherd. You are The One, Who, Guides us.
You are the door of the sheep. All who have ever came before You are thieves and robbers, but, Thankfully, the sheep did not hear them. You are the door to our Salvation. If anyone enters by You, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief, tries to disguise himself, so he can come to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. Help us to see his deception so we are not tricked by him. We ask You for Your Protection so that he will not cause division and strife in our families. We ask that You give us Strength so that he will not cause us to fall. You came so that we all may have life, and that we may have it more abundantly. Because You are the Good Shepherd, You gave Your life for us, Your sheep. There are those who are hirelings. They are not The Good Shepherd, nor are they under shepherds, who care for Your sheep. They are doing this for money and fame. When they see the wolf coming, they leave Your sheep and flee. The wolf catches the sheep and scatters them and causes them to be in fear. The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about Your people. You are the Good Shepherd and know Your people, and am they know You. As the Father knows You, even so You know the Father. You have laid down Your life for us. Help us to remember that there others that You have which are not of the folds we are part of. You want to bring them also, and they will hear Your Voice. We have to remember that, we all will be one flock and there is One Shepherd. Your Father loves You, because You have laid down Your Life that You have taken it again. No one took it from You, but You Laid it down Yourself. You have power to lay it down, and You have power to take it again. This command I have received from God The Father. Thank You. Amen, Jesus. (Taken From John 10:7-18)
If we are to please God, we need to allow The Holy Spirit to set us apart. We need to pursue a sinless life. We are to seek Righteousness. How do we do it? Through prayer, study, fellowship, being willing to be corrected/accountability, discipleship, and service.
It starts with Our Relationship with Jesus. If you don’t have a Relationship with Him or you need to rekindle that Relationship, do it now. Call out to Him and seek his Love and Forgiveness. It really is as hard or easy as you make it.
We should look to Him daily to seek a relationship with Him. I want to encourage you to seek Him today, if you haven’t already. If you need help, have questions or need direction in this regard, please, feel free to let me know.
Maybe today you are struggling with something. Maybe you may have found yourself not as close to The Lord as you thought. We would like to help you in this through prayer and guidance.
