This is a continuing series by the Mpls StarTribune. I find this series very interesting. Things are changing very fast. Before you read the StarTribune story let me share with you what God has shown me over the last three days…… Friday I was able to give a message to a radio group, Saturday I was able to bring the message of Jesus Christ to the employees and their  families of Indigo Mortgage in Albuquerque, in the home of Owners Ben and Mila Lucero! Such an awesome blessing to share Jesus in the homes of America! Sunday I was at First Baptist Church in Reserve, NM bringing forth my message for Christmas that God game me. This month marks 6 years of service in Reserve, they have asked me to continue into 2019.  I am so super blessed how God is using me and Sharon! I know this for sure, the CHURCH IS ALIVE! I Love small communities, rural New Mexico and Minnesota. Listen to God, so that you know that your doing what your supposed to be doing. Know your calling. When God formed FGGAM, he told me “reach one person at a time.” That is what we do here. We do it through this website by reaching thousands and thousands every month all over the world, we also use Twitter, Facebook, our data base of emails, podcasting, House of Hope Radio in southwestern Minnesota and newspaper in Minnesota and New Mexico. We preach, hold revivals, teach, counsel, and visit. Our phone calls for help and prayer come from all over America.

Keep grounded in JESUS!

I am ministering in ways that I never would have dreamed of. It is a miracle!

Yes, I am one, but I have God and my wife/partner Sharon. We also are so super blessed by a wonderful Board of Directors full of Godly wisdom, plus we have about 20 other Pastors and lay people who also help, we have many writers who write for God at FGGAM, we have many folks who give love offerings, Would you consider being a love offering partner? It’s a race against time for many congregations, as barely one in three Americans attend weekly services and one in four belong to no religion at all.

  • This letter is from Tom Butzer of Elkhart, Indiana. Tom shares his testimony with us…..I first had the pleasure of meeting Pastor Dewey Moede in the spring of 2017 when I was interviewing for a sales position at Christian radio station  WFRN in Elkhart, IN. (Dewey is a consultant for Christian Radio WFRN and a longtime family friend of ownership) Upon earning the job, Dewey became a mentor to me not only in in radio sales, but more importantly in life. I found Dewey to be someone with compassion, sensitivity, warmth, and love; I could always turn to Dewey for not only professional advice but guidance and counseling in my quest for knowledge of Christ and implementing God’s will. From discussing scriptures to conversing about life in general, Dewey was vital to not only maintaining but expanding my faith as I continued my recovery from drug addiction.
    I have been in recovery for over a decade from drug addiction. My use of cocaine and other drugs for over a decade had ruined my entire life and every relationship that I had ever had; my family would not even speak to me. My faith in Jesus Christ was the most important element in my sobriety as I grew to be a responsible, accountable adult. Because I have learned to do “the next right thing ” through sobriety, today I am the caretaker for my parents as their health is poor. I regularly attend church and counsel young men who are going through similar trials and tribulations with drugs. Nothing makes me feel better than when I can introduce a young man to Jesus and watch him get sober, repair his family, and become a responsible adult man in society,
    Pastor Moede and his organization For God’s Glory Alone Ministries (FGGAM) came into my life just when I was realizing how important an influence that I can be on these young men. Dewey proved to be the mentor that I needed to push me in that direction and be of service. While meeting Dewey through the radio station just at the right time may seem coincidental, I have learned that through God “nothing happens by mistake.” Dewey has continued to be a mentor and friend as I have moved on from WFRN to focus on my MBA. He is always there to discuss scriptures, life, “doing the next right thing,” and being responsible; he recently wrote me a letter of recommendation to expunge my criminal record as my sobriety journey continues. Dewey consistently calls me to offer encouragement and advice.
    As Dewey takes his ministry on the road from church to church, he is influencing many people in his tireless effort to spread The Word. This takes a ton of work and effort to travel like this, but Dewey sacrifices abundantly to be a positive influence on others; I myself am a much better man for knowing Dewey and FGGAM.  As I continue my road to recovery and my faith strengthens, I am constantly reminded of Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
