Daily Prayer

You might have heard someone say that God is immutable or unchanging. Why is this important to us? That means that when God has said something or promised something, He will not be willy-nilly about it. He will stick to His Promise or to what He has said.

This should bring encouragement to us. This means that we should trust Him with anything in our lives. We can depend on Him delivering on what He says He will. We can look to Him for direction. Most importantly, we know that no matter what happens, He will remain Strong in what He Promised.

Are you Trusting in Him? He is The One Who is Most Trustworthy.

Lord, we thank You that You are immutable.

You have been our dwelling place in all generations. We have been able to Look to You for direction because of this. Before the mountains were brought forth, Or ever You had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God. We do not have to worry about anything because You don’t change. We can look to You and know that what You tell us will be firm. You have said, “For I am the Lord, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.” This is a Great Promise You have given to all of us. In Jesus Name, Amen.
