James 4:8 Draw near to God and he will draw near to you
A heart of prayer changes things. It moves the hand of God. There is power in prayer. Prayer keeps you in the will of God, it gives you hope. Prayer heals. Prayer brings you to the throne of God.
All he requires of us is to trust, believe and having confidence in him. Wait in expectation for God has the answer, for he is the answer.
Matthew 7:7 Ask and it will be given you, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you
Jeremiah 29:13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart
1 John 5:14 This is the confidence we have in approaching God that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us whatever we ask we know that we have what we asked of him.
Philippians 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything but In everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present your request to God , and the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Jeremiah 33:3 Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.
Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours.
As we learn to pray the word of God according to his will he promises that His Word will be accomplished in our lives. Praying the Word of God expresses our faith to him. Prayer is a safe place a refuge in difficult times. A heart of prayer reminds us of His promises by building faith and expectation in our hearts.
Psalm 34:17 The righteous cry out and the Lord hears them he delivers them from all their troubles 18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. 19 A righteous man may have many troubles but the Lord delivers him from them all.
Whenever you come to prayer believe and trust God in all things guard your heart with the Word of God. Never waver in your thoughts or have doubts. God is faithful to his word as long as we stay faithful in our hearts He will stay faithful
Hebrews 10:22 Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water 23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess for he who promised is faithful.
