Saturday, January 5, 2019: Provo Police Department Officer Joseph Shinners (shot and killed while trying to apprehend a fugitive)
Monday, January 7, 2019: Colerain Township Police Officer Dale Woods (struck by a pickup truck while investigating another crash)
Tuesday, January 8, 2019: Salt River Police Officer Clayton Townsend (struck by a distracted driver during a traffic stop)
Wednesday, January 9, 2019: Shreveport Police Department Officer Chatéri Payne (shot and killed on her way to work)
Thursday, January 10, 2019: City of Davis Police Department Officer Natalie Corona (shot and killed while investigating a three-car crash)
Our prayers are also with Raleigh Police Department Officer C.D. Ainsworth, as he remains hospitalized after being shot Wednesday. We pray we don’t have to update this graphic to include him.
