Something Sweet For Your Soul…
Good morning beautiful people. The blizzard weather has started this morning in Maine. The cancellation list is very long. Even church is cancelled on this blistery morning. Yesterday, I attended a training and the folks that came in from Texas will be in the beautiful state of Maine for a few extra days. No flights in, no flights out. A good day to wrap in a blanket and spend some time filling your soul with God’s Word and worship Him in spirit and in truth. Everything seems to be on hold for a bit. That is everything but time with our King. Nobody can fill our souls like Jesus. How sweet it is. Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for your love. You tell us to taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. (Psalm34:8) There is no storm you won’t bring us through. Psalm 148 tells us to praise the Lord. Praise the Lord from the heavens; praise him in the heights above. Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly hosts.
Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars. Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies. Let them praise the name of the Lord,
for at his command they were created, and he established them for ever and ever—
he issued a decree that will never pass away. Praise the Lord from the earth,
you great sea creatures and all ocean depths, lightning and hail, snow and clouds,
stormy winds that do his bidding, you mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars,
wild animals and all cattle, small creatures and flying birds, kings of the earth and all nations, you princes and all rulers on earth, young men and women, old men and children.
Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name alone is exalted; his splendor is above the earth and the heavens. And he has raised up for his people a horn, the praise of all his faithful servants, of Israel, the people close to his heart. Praise the Lord.
Father, thank you that you love us so deeply. There is nothing that compares to your agape love. You fill every empty place in our hearts and fill our souls with the richness of your Word. Father, we praise you for you are so worthy. Amen
