Lord, you have shown us that A man who has friends must himself be friendly, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

You have been that Friend to us that does stick closer to us. As the Father loved You, You have shown us Love and we should abide in Your Love. We learned that to abide in Your Love, we are to keep Your Commandments, just like You have kept Your Father’s commandments and abide in His Love. We pray and hope that You Joy may remain in us so that our joy may be full. You have commanded that we love one another as You have loved us. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. Thank You that You laid done Your Life for us and have called us friends.  We should do whatever You command us. We are no longer called servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing. Even though we serve You, You still have call us friends, for all things that You have heard from Your Father You have made known to us. We did not choose You, but You chose us and appointed us that we should go and bear fruit, and that our fruit should remain, and that whatever we ask the Father in Your Name and your Will, He may give us. These things You have commanded us, that we love one another.

If we are to please God, we need to allow The Holy Spirit to set us apart. We need to pursue a sinless life. We are to seek Righteousness. How do we do it? Through prayer, study, fellowship, being willing to be corrected/accountability, discipleship, and service.
It starts with Our Relationship with Jesus. If you don’t have a Relationship with Him or you need to rekindle that Relationship, do it now. Call out to Him and seek his Love and Forgiveness. It really is as hard or easy as you make it. We should look to Him daily to seek a relationship with Him. I want to encourage you to seek Him today, if you haven’t already.
If you need help, have questions or need direction in this regard, please, feel free to let me know. Maybe today you are struggling with something. Maybe you may have found yourself not as close to The Lord as you thought. We would like to help you in this through prayer and guidance.
