Lord, we know that Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
he will not stand in the path of sinners, he does not sit in the seat of the scornful. Instead our delight should be in the Law of the Lord, and in Your Law, we should meditate day and night. When we do this, we shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither. When we meditate in Your Law, whatever we do shall prosper. The ungodly are not so, in fact, they are like the chaff which the wind drives away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, neither will the sinners in the congregation of the righteous. You, Lord know the ways of the righteous, and You have told us the way of the ungodly shall perish. We do not want to be like those who remain in unrighteousness. We want to seek You. Please, guide us to follow You with our whole hearts. Please, set our paths straight. Thank You that You would guide us, Lord. Thank You for Your Love. We pray in The Name of Jesus, Amen (Taken From Psalm 1:1-6)
If we are to please God, we need to allow The Holy Spirit to set us apart. We need to pursue a sinless life. We are to seek Righteousness. How do we do it? Through prayer, study, fellowship, being willing to be corrected/accountability, discipleship, and service.
It starts with Our Relationship with Jesus. If you don’t have a Relationship with Him or you need to rekindle that Relationship, do it now. Call out to Him and seek his Love and Forgiveness. It really is as hard or easy as you make it. We should look to Him daily to seek a relationship with Him. I want to encourage you to seek Him today, if you haven’t already.
