Some struggle with insomnia. Many experience frequently disturbed sleep, which only contributes to the fatigue of grief. Some have unusual dreams, or even nightmares.

A many of you know, I’m writing several books this year around the theme of suicide.
Some will be for suicide prevention, while another will be for those who have experienced a loved one or friend taking their own life.
