God Of The Airwaves…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Yesterday, I laughed as I remembered the story of the little white radio, I had as a child. I received this round radio for Christmas from my uncle. It’s funny today, but back then, not so funny. My sister who was MR was sometimes difficult to deal with. She could not talk and we learned to communicate with her in different ways. She was a bit spoiled to say the least and we always tried to help her have what she wanted. We tried to please her as we knew her life was difficult. After our mom died, my older sisters took care of her and I for many years. Let’s just say she always had the final say, even though she couldn’t talk.
On Christmas that year, this radio was the highlight for me. We never had much, so it was a real treat. Well guess who wanted it? Yup, you guessed it. I gave it to her, reluctantly, but she won every battle every time anyways, I felt. I just wanted to keep the peace. I am not sure my heart motive was one hundred percent correct at that time, but I remember giving it to her.
A few years ago, I remembered the incident and I talked to God about it. I told God it wasn’t easy growing up with her. She even took my radio, remember that God? I reminded him just in case he forgot. (lol) So clearly in my mind, I heard him say and didn’t I give it back to you?
As I prepared my radio broadcast Destiny Moments yesterday for today’s programming, I felt to re-air my interview with Brian Lake on his book Open Doors You Never Knew Existed. Yes, God has given it back to me many times over. He has given me a voice that is heard over the airwaves. He does pay us back in ways beyond what we could ever think or imagine. He truly is God, God of pay back. He sees everything, nothing goes unnoticed by our Creator: Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you that you are the God that sees it all. You Word is so true. The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it. (Psalm 24:1) Father, no matter what we feel we have lost, you pay back accordingly.
Father, today we pray for open doors we didn’t know existed. Order our footsteps according to your Word. Thank you for being a God that watches over our lives. (Psalms 91) Thank you for divine connections, destiny moments and being the God of payback.
Father, give us eyes to see you working in our midst. Amen
