Peace, success, and prosperity would come to America the Beautiful. All of this should have been a time of praise and a drawing closer to God. But, over the course of time, America’s morals began to decline. This decline of morals and withdrawing from the Almighty God also brought about a weakening of the American Spirit. Far too many have forgotten those who sacrificed much for the freedoms we enjoy, and some abuse.
Today, 75 years later, those of us who refuse to ignore the price paid, honor the heroes of D-Day, those who are buried in Normandy, those who may be unaccounted for, and all who survived those horrendous battles. Moreover, of the many whose American Spirit remains strong; there are millions that are still walking with our God. We are the ones who will never forget, and we vow to teach our younger to remember and to honor the memories of these precious heroes. One day, the Spiritual Awakening for which we pray, shall be the one thing that can “Make America Great Again”. Church, do not give up or give in; fight on your knees. Pray On!
