There’s A Light Rain Falling, by Karen Rowe
Isaiah 26:1-4 King James Version (KJV)
26 In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks.
2 Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.
3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
4 Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength:
There is a light rain falling this morning as I continue to study what God is opening my eyes up to…
That is, can our human nature battle with the things of God?
We see all sorts of measures and methods in the world of how a follower of Jesus is to love people, but can we get to the place to say, we love people and we love people so much that we also pray for them to be delivered from their sin? Am I judging? According to what only God knows, we can pray, only You know Lord (Ezekiel 37:3)
All human nature is sinful in some form or another, but sin is sin and sin is the problem.
With Christ in me, the Holy Spirit convicts my heart of right and wrong. Then faith comes.
In fact, the Bible defines sin as,
“…for whatsoever is NOT of faith is sin (Romans 14:23 KJV).”
“If we can come into agreement that,
For all HAVE sinned, and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23 KJV);”
The Word HAVE? Do we have sin? Or FOR all have sinned? Meaning past tense choices of what we allow in our life.
Friends, this is a challenging question to your faith that you might love or hate, but does God ask us to allow HIM to examine our heart? Or,
I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
Jeremiah 17:10 KJV
God loves us this much. God reveals the truth to us.
I ask the question, do we have to activate the Holy Spirit in our heart? My answer, as from the Lord is that we allow the Holy Spirit to be active in our heart.
This morning, the Lord woke me up at 3 am, I allowed the Holy Spirit to grow in me by getting up and believing God had more for me to learn. I allowed the Lord to work in my heart.
On the other hand, sometimes, I don’t allow the Holy Spirit to be active, when I beleive the lies of the enemy that the sleep is so good and roll over to ignore the Voice of the Lord.
Friends, God loves you and so do we! When you receive this you will never be the same.
God wants us to believe!
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Philippians 4:13 KJV
Sure it won’t feel good to give up what you want for God’s will, BUT PEACE of God will be with you.
The Light is Jesus and the Light is here to help us.
In Christ, “You are the light of the world.”
“Light cannot be soiled; you can reach for a beam of light with the dirtiest hand, BUT you leave no mark on it.”
“A sunbeam may shine into the filthiest home in the slum of a city, but it will not be soiled.”

Did Jesus ask the woman to do the impossible? To Go and sin no more?
Remember what sin is; and remember what the light is for. Who is the True Light? And, how does faith come By? What is faith?

THEN spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD: he that FOLLOWS me shall NOT walk in darkness, BUT SHALL HAVE THE LIGHT OF LIFE.
