Because He Loves Me, Says God…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. No matter what we have going on in our lives, Jesus is closer than a brother. He will fight our battles for us as we allow him. If we take matters in our own hands and fight (argue) it out, then we don’t win. God gives us victory as we surrender the battle to him. So while we are praising him, he is working all things out for our good. Isn’t it amazing the God we serve?
Today, whatever the battle you are facing, health issues, broken relationships, financial hardship, whatever the issue is, choose to praise him and trust him. He has you covered. Why, because you love him and he loves you. Amen? Amen!
When we read Psalm 91 together today, let’s believe it.
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
Surely he will save us from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover us with his feathers, and under his wings we will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be our shield and rampart. We will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at our side,
ten thousand at the right hand, but it will not come near us. We will only observe with our eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and we make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake us, no disaster will come near our tent. For he will command his angels concerning us to guard us in all our ways; they will lift us up in their hands, so that we will not strike our foot against a stone. We will tread on the lion and the cobra; we will trample the great lion and the serpent. “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.”
Father, we believe. Amen
