A Very Dark Cloud Hangs Over New Mexico…….
Such ungodly things……..spending the people’s money on very bad behavior….. corruption in state government…..where are the role models? It just makes me sad that people cannot behave themselves. Its not just this news today…its the news from past years that adds up… Whether its this case or the many other cases of bad behavior in state government that have risen to the surface since I arrived here in 1995.
Everything from state government folks being arrested for drunk driving, fraud, a famous boat wreck, drunken pizza parties……and on and on we go……
Just to be clear, this is a problem for the Republicans and Democrats, both parties are guilty of bad behavior over the years. Jesus is the answer, not politics!
The above story about payouts happened while a Republican was governor.
The Republicans and Democrats have failed in making this state any better since we arrived here in 1995….it continues to struggle big time in so many vital areas.

As this goes on our children suffer, abortion, child abuse, we are ranked at the bottom in the well-being of God’s children, parents murdering their own and on and on we go…….
I pray for no more monkey business….that is what we called this junk back home when I was growing up! Such a bad example for our children. New Mexico state government seems so out of touch with us common folk.
It’s just like a Pastor, he or she must behave himself or herself at all times, All Christians are to be walking Bibles…..how you live your life speaks volumes. KOB TV is reporting: The state of New Mexico is acknowledging it paid out $900,000 to settle a lawsuit accusing former State Police chief Pete Kassetas of discriminatory and lewd behavior along with retaliation against those who complained.

A: Jesus said, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son…” (John 3:16). Loving the world — the people of the world — is something that only comes from God in Heaven. The devil does not love the world at all; in fact, the Bible tells us that Satan deceives the whole world (Revelation 12:9). There is no love in deception. The devil seeks to destroy the people of the world by enticing them to reject God’s ways and follow evil. It is not loving the people of the world that is wrong; it is loving the things of the world — the world’s system. Satan goes along the road of life dropping things on the pathway that he knows will entice us. Maybe it is fame, maybe it is money, maybe it is a title, maybe it is popularity. If we hunger for things that come before God, they are sinful and will lead us astray. The story is told of an old farmer walking down the road to market as his pigs followed behind him. Other farmers were having a difficult time keeping their pigs on the pathway. One farmer asked the old man how he got his pigs to follow him. The old man answered, “It is very simple. Every step I take, I drop a bean, and the pigs like beans, so they follow.” Satan wants to lure us into his traps, and he knows exactly what kind of “bait” will appeal to us.
