Mercy Over Our Regions, Oh God. Mercy Over Me…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Recently, I was asked to pray for New Mexico due to the recent rise in murders. Here in Maine we have seen the rise as well. As God’s people, we have been declaring, tarrying and thanking the Lord for revival across our region. This morning let’s pray together and ask the Lord to sweep across our land. Let’s not grow weary for God’s Word did say in Galatians 6:9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. He also told us in 2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak about the difference between broken people and unbroken people. It’s easy to believe the lie that everyone else is in need of revival, a personal revival. That is everyone, everyone but us. Let’s press in harder today. Let’s continue to stay humble before him, thanking him for the wind that is blowing. He promised the harvest and he is not a God that he should lie. (Numbers 23:19) Let’s Pray:

Father, today we pray Psalm 51 together. Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me. Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight;
so you are right in your verdict and justified when you judge. Surely I was sinful at birth,
sinful from the time my mother conceived me. Yet you desired faithfulness even in the womb; you taught me wisdom in that secret place. Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. Let me hear joy and gladness; let the bones you have crushed rejoice. Hide your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquity.
Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me. Then I will teach transgressors your ways, so that sinners will turn back to you. Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed, O God,
you who are God my Savior, and my tongue will sing of your righteousness. Open my lips, Lord, and my mouth will declare your praise. You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart. You God, will not despise. Amen

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. This is the day the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalm 118:24)

Somebody shout fire, revival fire!
