Oh, my Precious LORD Jesus – my crucified, resurrected, ascended, and enthroned Savior – I worship and adore You ever more. My King Who intercedes for me, Who gives Yourself in all holiness to me and all the world of dire need! Thank You! The vision of my heart is of You seated in glory at the right hand of the Father . . . interceding for me, even now!
I am so very unworthy! When I was far, far from God, having no hope . . . You sought me. You, my King, sought me! You died for me! You saved me! You sealed me by, with, and in Your Holy Spirit – sealed forever! Oh, I am so very unworthy! Forgive me for being slow to learn and so easily distracted by the world – I allow so many things to steal away my precious time alone with You in prayer. Teach me how to set priorities, even sacrifice, so that I may dwell in Your presence with awareness . . . always. Teach me the deeper levels of prevailing, effectual, prayer for the nations to experience Your will.
Allow me to see this world as You, Father, see her – to see all others as You saw them from the Cross through crimson blurred vision. Help me to see each individual through Your heart of compassion. Give to me Your passion for the Church in all her frailties. Help me to love the lost . . .
Oh, my interceding LORD Jesus – teach me to pray! LORD, teach me to pray! Give to me the strength to resist the evil one and to prevail in prayer. Fill me with Your Spirit to the emptying of myself. Empower me with the courage and fortitude to prevail in prayer to the defeating of Satan’s plans and schemes, and to setting his captives free. Help me to cause him to retreat – to lessen his hold on stronghold after stronghold, both in my life and the lives of those within my prayer influence. May I not simply sing of the power in the blood, but live within that power every moment of every day!
I am so very unworthy, insufficient, unable to do anything without You; in myself there is no good thing, but You. However, LORD, use me as You will! Use me, Dear Jesus, for Your glory! Help me, allow me, to bring much joy into Your heart!
You are able to do extremely more than I could ever hope or imagine – I believe this – I want to be part of Your endless abilities to touch the world for You and Your Kingdom! May Your will be done on this earth as it is in heaven – I pray it – I claim it – in the glorious name of my Victor Jesus, Amen!
