Mark 4:39-40 He got up rebuked the wind and said to the waves Be Still! Then the wind died down and it was completely calm. He said to the disciples, Why are you so afraid ? Do you still have no faith?
What storms are you facing today? Do you arise above your storms? Or do you let the storms arise above you? Here we see in scripture that Jesus arose and rebuked the wind He said to his disciples why are you afraid? Jesus is saying to you why are you afraid? First of all you need to have faith , Because Jesus lives in you, you can take that same authority over every storms of life.
When you speak peace and not allow fear to overcome you, God is going to work on your behalf , then you can be still and know that God has taken care of it .
Christ is the Prince of Peace ..He wasn’t worried or anxious. He spoke peace and peace came not only to the wind and waves but also to the people in the boat.
You can experience peace if you stay close to God in prayer and let the Word lead you and guide you.
Isaiah 26:3-4 You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever for the Lord is the Rock Eternal.
