Pastor Leonard Navarre leads us in prayer, we love you Pastor!
Father God in heaven your word tells us that we are to rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep. We come before you today Father God weeping for and praying those who have suffered devastation their homes and lives. We just come before in the name of Jesus to pray that you will give him strength and courage to rebuild. Remind them oh Lord that many are thinking about them and praying for them to give them strength and courage. Oh God we rely upon your promise that no matter where we are or where we go that you’ve promised to always be with us. Please Lord remind them that there are those that are praying for them and encouraging them for their courage and strength. This we pray in Jesus name Amen.
A tornado struck Sunday night. Now Dallas is assessing the damage.
Extensive structural damage was apparent by sunrise, but no fatalities or injuries have been reported, Mayor Eric Johnson said early Monday.
