Boot Up, Back Up, Be Blessed…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. The snow has arrived here in Maine and it’s serious time about the weather, the ice, and the winter months ahead. Many have put their snow tires on and they have pulled out the winter boots in preparation for the change in this beautiful season.
My friend and I went shopping recently, as I was looking for a new pair of boots. She was looking for a play car for her grandchild that you pull the wheels backwards and it propels the car forward. As I was thinking about that this morning, isn’t that just like life? Sometimes, you need to take a step back and look at all the blessing we have been given. Then rise up, boot up and speed right through the obstacles and walk in all that God has for us. Amen? Amen. Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for the many opportunities you give us each and every day. We are a blessed people, filled with great destinies.
Father, thank you that there is nothing we cannot accomplish as we place our trust in you. Habakkuk 2:3 tells us for the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Thank you for fulfilling the plans for which we were born.
Father, propel us forward each step of the way as we place our trust in you. Amen
