Do You Believe John 14:12,13&14?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I know I say this often, but we must believe the Bible. As we meditate on these verses, as we choose to believe them, so it will be. This morning, I was reading from John. As we read these verses together, let’s ask God to put them deep in our spirits today.
Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. (John 14:12) And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. (John 14:13) You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it. (John 14:14) Doesn’t that make you want to do a spin around this morning? We just need to believe. We need to take our God at his Word. This is more than a handshake, this is the Creator of the universes Word.
Let’s do great things today, because we can. Do you believe you can? Shout yes! Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for the Holy Scriptures, we believe. You said to ask, so we are joining faith, asking and believing for our children, grandchildren, neighbors, prodigals, friends and enemies. You tell us in Joel 2:28 you would pour out your spirit on all flesh, and we believe, we receive. Thank you for your mercy and grace.
Father, thank you for healing the broken, the depressed, the suicidal, the hurting people in our communities. You are our God and we are your people. Together, we believe. Amen
