There’s Nothing Puzzling About Christmas…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. A year ago, I had a contract on the home I am living in that has been for sale. I prepared the best I could, trusting my heavenly Father would lead my steps. I packed it up, gave away and donated a lot to a local charity. Even my artificial Christmas tree didn’t make it past the cut. The sale didn’t go through and I slowly unpacked a few items. I went back to the thrift store and bought some things that looked like they could have been mine. Either way, it’s all good. I believe God has a timing for everything. Life is good.

As I begin to prepare for Christmas this year, I inquiried of my daughters ideas for their  children. One sent back a message, and said her daughter really enjoys puzzles. Puzzles, I thought…hmmm.

I purchased a Christmas tree yesterday at our local thrift store, not the one I donated, but one that kept drawing my attention to it’s box that read AS IS. I spoke to the clerk about Christmas miracles and how we need look for them every day. We laughed together as she said she had goosebumps as we talked about  the miracles. The gentleman that carried the rather large box to my car shared about his children and grandchildren that lived far away. We wished each other a Happy Thanksgiving and I was on my way.

When I arrived home, I opened the box that held the pre-lit Christmas tree. Can you guess what was sitting on the top of the green branches? Two puzzles all put together. I laughed and thought to myself, sometimes life is like a puzzle, it’s piece by piece, step by step trusting our God knows what’s best. At the end, it all comes together beautifully, when we trust and obey. Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for Jesus. He calls us to himself every day. The precious blood of Jesus Christ paid for us to have life and life more abundantly. (John 10:10) May we keep it simple and believe you will put each piece together in the puzzle called life. Amen

Tell Them…
Tell them I love them…Tell them they are mine…
Tell them I will never leave them nor forsake them.
Tell them they are precious gems…Tell them I see them as perfect.
Tell them they reflect my image…Tell them not to look back.
Tell them to look straight ahead…Tell them I laid out the red carpet for them.
My blood, It was enough.
Tell them, tell them, tell them again!

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Jesus loves you. I am headed puzzle shopping.
