U.S. Attorney General William Barr: “New Mexico has very weak law enforcement systems”

KEY POINT: From the Albuquerque Journal this morning: “Unfortunately the system in New Mexico is subpar,” U.S. Attorney General Barr said. “It is not doing its job of keeping violent offenders off the streets.”

New Mexico is known for “catch and release”

New Mexico has many serious spiritual problems that go against God. These problems run very deep, abortions, the Governor pushing abortion all the way through full-term and also legalizing recreational pot.

Alcohol, drunk driving deaths, drug addiction, drug deaths, violence against children,  hungry children, New Mexico is rated last in Child well-being, suicides, gambling (I have heard only two preachers in New Mexico speak out against gambling and the ramifications to the family, Casinos are a dark place spiritually) and on and on all are huge problems here and many want to add to this fire of hell with furthering the abortion industry and recreational pot. And what about the new fad of death: VAPING??!!

I do want to mention the Pastors who I have heard preach on the evils of gambling, Paul Holt of FBC in Magdalena and the late Marvin Capehart, who was the host for years of “Ask the Pastor’ on KKIM Radio. The other one, is a guy named Pastor Dewey, he’s old fashion! Report on Gambling by Dr. Guy Clark can be found further down in this post.

I have said for years, nothing good ever happens after 9pm and nothing good ever comes from drinking booze. If the Governor gets her way and legalizes pot, I will have to add that to my comments. We already have innocent people killed by drunks here in New Mexico, don’t we have enough common sense, even in the secular world.. not have pot heads killing innocent people by driving stoned?

I know, many say I am old-fashion, I take that as a compliment. Too many are having a high school pep-rally in the state, when we need get busy and face this spiritual warfare. (More on Spiritual Warfare below) I keep going back to that night on KKIM Radio when the great man of God Chuck Colson said, “The America Church has turned into a high school pep rally.” Got to get back to Jesus 101.

This past year saw the New Mexico State Police move into action in Albuquerque because of a horrific crime spree, now they patrol the streets of Belen. KOB TV REPORT

Now the U.S. Attorney General William Barr, who was in town, speaks about violent crime in Albuquerque and the entire state: ABQ Journal Report

Belen NM: Innocent Mans Home Badly Damaged by SWAT

My motto is to love like Jesus, but stand firm in His truth, but as I said in His love. You can do this! It is like raising a child. If we do not tell the truth to the world, we are lying to the world. If we do not talk to our children about the ramifications of bad behavior, we are also lying. We need to preach the whole Gospel of God, not just the high school pep rally part. We have overplayed the GRACE CARD. How about Hell? Stand firm in the love of Jesus, the grace of Jesus, but stand firm. Don’t be mean about it, like many of those folks in Washington D.C. What a pig pen. I’m not talking politics, I’m talking JESUS! AMEN!

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another:
just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.

By this all people will know that you are my disciples,
if you have love for one another.
John 13:34-35

My life verse is to do this in love but firmness……

“But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.” -Acts 20:24

Just remember you cannot legislate morality, it is a heart issue. hearts given to JESUS!

This is a Spiritual crisis not only New Mexico but America, it is not a political crisis it is Spiritual warfare. We are a country now, where many have made politics their God. Sadly, people think politics will solve our problems, that is so very wrong. Politics is wrecking our Country. Politics in America is mired down in thick mud slop.

The Truth About Spiritual Warfare

I was on the phone with a Police Sergeant here in Albuquerque just yesterday. They have their hands full. Please pray for our Heroes hourly.

We get into serious trouble when we do not have the minds of Christ…… When we are not grounded in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Too much of the world struggles with the “natural mind” The thinking process that is limited to human reason and resources. Human history shows that the natural mind becomes progressively self-destructive if left to it’s own desires. People who are directed by their natural minds walk in darkness and have incorrect thinking.
“So I tell you this, in the futility of their thinking. They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.” Eph 4:17,18
The Word of God calls the mind of a natural man “blinded” 2 Cor. 4:4 “depraved” Romans 1:28, “corrupt” 1 Tim 6:5, and “unspiritual” Col. 2:18. The natural mind thinks from a humanistic  sin-debased viewpoint. The viewpoint of the flesh directs it’s thoughts. The sinful mind is under control of Satan.
Pasti Post:

Our dear friend Dr. Guy Clark has stood in the gap for New Mexicans and the huge problem we have with gambling in the state for years. I recall many years ago Dr. Clark on ‘Ask The Pastor’ on KKIM with Pastor Marvin Capehart discussing the problem of gambling and casinos. I used to manage KKIM Christian radio in Albuquerque and loved that Pastor Marvin would confront this huge issue with Dr. Clark. I still get comments that people miss that kind of radio!

By the way, Pastor Marvin taught me much about being a circuit preacher. Marvin spent years traveling in New Mexico filling the pulpit. Little did I know that I would use that experience years later when God pulled me out of KKIM to form For God’s Glory Alone Ministry.

Oh, we thank the Lord for those days of Christian news and talk. We had such an awesome bunch of Christian people from all over the state on ther air, including New Mexico Broadcast Hall-of-Fame Broadcaster Frank Haley! Frank is still on the air, he is the News Director at KDAZ AM730 in Albuquerque!!!

We had Pastors from all Christian denominations on the air with teaching programs! With KKIM FM we had built such a strong listenership in Northern New Mexico!

Okay! Excuse me for going down memory lane! We will continue to discuss issues like gambling here at FGGAM thanks to Dr. Guy Clark! Gambling is destroying families in New Mexico! Lord willing we will be 6 years young in August of 2018, we will continue to bring you the news you need to know, we will always try to do it in the love of Jesus! There is just to much hate in the media for me and Sharon right now, on both sides of the fence. We will not project hate here at FGGAM. I am an old man in the radio business, nearly 40 years….and I am sadden by all this hate on both sides. I like to remind people that Jesus is the answer not politics. In my almost 62 years, I have never seen such a mess as we have in Washington D.C., it is because Jesus has been left behind and politics has taken over on all sides, we are paying a dear, dear price. We are to leave our children and our children’s children a better world, we are failing. In my time here on earth, journalism and politics is at its worst.

When I was a little boy in Windom, Minnesota and if us kids in the neighborhood ever got into a fight, and we did, my dad would say, “You all are at fault.”

Jesus is the only answer…….

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me. John 14:6

Jesus told them, “This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one he has sent.” John 6:29

So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. John 13:34

Santa Fe New Mexican Report

“America has gone a long way down the wrong road.
We must turn around and go back and change roads.
If ever we needed God’s help, it is now …” -stated Billy Graham, as he received the Congressional Gold Medal, May 2, 1996.
Rev. Graham added:
“Bad politicians are elected by good people who don’t vote.”
Rev. Graham continued:
“What is the problem? The real problem is within ourselves …
Billy Graham became an evangelist in the 1940s.
He proclaimed:
“All are sinners and stand under the judgment of God …
Christ came to make forgiveness and salvation possible.
What did He do? He died on the cross as the complete sacrifice for our sins. He took upon Himself the judgment that we deserve …
But like any gift, it becomes ours only when we take it …
I may say that I believe a bridge will hold my weight. But I really believe it only when I commit myself to it and walk across it.
Saving faith involves an act of commitment and trust, in which I commit my life to Jesus Christ and trust Him alone as my Savior and Lord.”
He added:
“Yes, it costs to follow Christ. But it also costs not to follow Christ.”
I believe the fundamental crisis of our time is a crisis of the spirit.
We have lost sight of the moral and spiritual principles on which this nation was established – principles drawn largely from the Judeo-Christian tradition as found in the Bible …
What must be done? Let me briefly suggest three things.
First, we must repent. In the depths of the American Civil War, Abraham Lincoln called for special days of public repentance and prayer.
Our need for repentance is no less today …”

Great message here by Billy Graham……..I have been saying for years that we need MATURE CHRISTIANS, we are suffering much because we do not help people in grow in love with Jesus. One reason is that many see too much hate in Christians and do not go to Church. Love like Jesus. Live that so people see Jesus in you and not Hollywood!
