Deeper Waters For Christmas…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. The last few days I have been reminiscing of the day God called me to ministry. I remember the day, the scripture, the meeting and even to the song that was playing on the radio. That was a defining day when deep was calling unto deep. Today let’s ask God for deeper waters. Let’s launch out into deeper waters with Jesus this Christmas.
I want to share with you my opening remarks to the Healing Waters Women’s Conference 2019. To every woman across this globe, Believe and Be Free…
Opening Remarks:
Good evening beautiful people. Welcome to the Healing Waters Women’s Conference 2019, Believe and Be Free. We are all in for an incredible time in the presence of God. You know when Jesus is invited and he has free reign everything and anything is possible. Amen? So, inside your packets, you will find a schedule. However, if things change around a bit, you will know why. As we have been praying on Saturday mornings for this conference, we have heard words like explosion, fire, healing and so much more.
I want you to make a commitment tonight to go out into the deep. Deep calleth unto deep. Look at your neighbor and say sistah, I’m going into the deep waters with Jesus this weekend. Tell your neighbor, sistah nothing is going to hold me back.
We want you to let your hair down, be yourself and enter in. You are here by divine appointment. Jesus is calling. It doesn’t matter where you have been, what you have done. Jesus has come to wash us clean, make us whole and deliver us. Amen?
There are things you have been through, you endured, and Jesus says she’s mine. I am going to turn this mess around. I penned a devotion in 2013 titled Are You The Woman In The Pink Dress? A friend’s daughter Gabriella, the teenager from California gave me a gift. A portrait she had drawn about a girl in the pink dress caught in a mess. Life is messy at times, isn’t it? She titled the portrait, Oh No, what have I done?
So tonight, we are going together to the healing waters of Jesus Christ. He is the man that paid the price for our freedom. This is a safe haven. So, praise the Lord, we are going out into the deep. Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for Jesus. Thank you that you paid a dear price for our freedom. The world, religion, opinions, schemes of the enemy tries to steal our joy, our peace, even our existence. Oh, but thank God for Jesus. He came to give us life and life more abundantly. (John 10:10)
Father, take us deeper this Christmas. Your presence, your anointing, your living water living in us, is our hearts desire. Take us deeper. Launch us out in new ways, with new opportunities, and may the light of Christ beam brightly from our fountain.
Father, knowing you and journeying every day with our Creator is the best gift any person around this globe could unwrap this Christmas. Draw all men unto yourself, we pray, as you take us out into the deep, into deeper waters. Amen
