No Fishing, Pray…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. No matter what song I highlighted this morning, this song kept popping back up. I love it and play it every day. So here it is, it’s a message for us all, Holy Water by We The Kingdom.

God changes people, not us. Sometimes people think they are all powerful, they have all the answers, they are the right ones. I think it was Joyce Meyer that said I think I am right, but I could be wrong. I try to remember that. As people of God, no matter how big we think we are, or how powerful we might be, we must remain humble. I think God allows us to be wrong at times just to keep us walking in humility. All people are in need of a savior.

Sometimes people go fishing for information that they don’t need to know. Some people are very private and they don’t want the world to know their story. Other’s like to share their private business with everyone they meet. Our job is to pray. God loved the world and he died for people. Let’s pray for people all across this globe today. We don’t need to know all their business, just what they tell us or what the Holy Spirit brings to mind. Let’s ask God for the same forgiveness we received, for others today. If they are important to Jesus, then they should be equally as important to us.

Can we all offer some water to a thirsty soul today? Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for your son Jesus. Today, we ask you to change us to be more Christlike. Thank you for purifying mans lips. Forgive us God where we have failed and purify our lives to be pleasing to you. The bottom line and your final answer is this: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believeth on him none should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

Father, it doesn’t matter how much we know, or how big we think we are, we pray a blanket of humility would rest on each of us today. Trust us with a thirsty soul. Amen

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Jesus loves you!

With it he touched my mouth and said, “See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for. Isaiah 6:7

Then I will purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him shoulder to shoulder. Zephaniah 3:9
