| Morning Inspiration! For I fully expect and hope that I will never be ashamed, but that I will continue to be bold for Christ, as I have been in the past. And I trust that my life will bring honor to Christ, whether I live or die.
Paul was in prison for preaching the gospel. He was unsure of exactly what his immediate future held, but knew it would revolve around what he was willing to say about his faith in Jesus. He made up his mind ahead of time that he would be bold for Christ, regardless of the consequences. His great hope was that he would never be ashamed to speak the truth, telling everyone he met, about Jesus. Live or die, his goal was to bring honor to our Lord & Savior, through the life he lived. You and I should pray to live our lives the exact same way! |
