Let My People Go…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Let’s all do a little journey this morning from Egypt to the Promise Land. Amen? Amen.
Exodus 9:1 says this: Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh and say to him, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, says: “Let my people go, so that they may worship me.”
We worship God in so many different ways. There is no right or wrong way to worship God. David danced before the Lord we are told in the book of Psalms. Some raise their hands, some don’t. Someone once mentioned to me they grew up in a church where they never witnessed this. He said what are you in kindergarten? You don’t have to raise your hands in church, that’s silly. It was just unfamiliar. Sometimes the unfamiliar makes us uncomfortable.
Worship is from the heart. We gather together with others because we have a heart connection. Nobody desires to meet with a group that they have no connection with. I try to connect with my readers everyday.
I think of this song this morning Heart Of Worship. The lyrics goes like this.

This morning we want to walk in the fullness of what our lives can be. Whatever is keeping us bound is not from God. For he said whom the son set free is free indeed. John 8:36 We worship him because we are free. We live in his kingdom.
Fear, not our portion, stress not our portion, addiction not our portion, unforgiveness not our portion. We are living in the promise land.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you that because you died and rose again, we can live in the promise land, the land of milk and honey. This is where no bondages can overtake us.
Father, lead us today and every day by the power of your Holy Spirit. Thank you that we have been set free to worship you, to live for you, and to enjoy our lives. Amen.
