My heart broke when I read this news about little, precious Brice. I just got off the phone with Brice’s Daddy, Chris in Minnesota. Please pray with us for a miracle from God for Brice!
Heavenly Father, thank you that nothing is impossible for you. Hear our prayer for a miracle for Brice. Fill us with faith that you can answer. What seems impossible to us is within your power. When we can’t think of a solution, you are still able to act. Please help us believe that nothing we face in life can compare to you. You are the God of the impossible. Neither death or life, angels or rulers, things present or future, height or depth, or anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from your love. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
Keep Mommy and Daddy in your prayers, Team Jesus! I came to know Brice’s Daddy, Chris, several years when my former radio school teacher Mike Kronforst had Chris contact me. we have become such good friends. PTL!
Got news yesterday that is every parents worst nightmare. I will not be going into detail. Brice has 4 to 12 weeks to live. We will lose this battle with cancer. We have given it everything we got. It’s over. Please direct your prayers to comfort and peace. I intend on being with my wife and son. Loving them. I ask why this is happening. There will be no answer. Imagine the worst pain possible and then multiply by a million. Then you are within shouting distance of this pain. I trust the Lord but I’m angry. Literally makes no sense.

Lord, Your Word is the true medicine that heals. It is the source of our hope and our every breath. Help us to listen carefully and never lose sight of Your Word through the distractions of the world. Lord, we want Your word to penetrate the depths of our hearts. We want to live by Your word and receive all the benefits of knowing You. IN THE POWERFUL, MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS WE PRAY! AMEN!
God’s Word says the prayer of faith shall heal the sick. Go to God today in faith and ask that He heals you from sickness. We receive healing by faith. Open yourself up today to God’s blessings, healing and miracles. Let all worries leave your heart. Don’t forget that you have a God who cares, who loves you so deeply and will never let you go.

I’m learning so much through my sons battle. What’s important… and what’s not. These are some things I’m starting to practice as life priorities. To tell the people in my life how special they are. To love people when the rest of the world hates them. To be kind when people are awful. To share my faith despite fear. To give hugs. To smile when people think I have no reason to. To tell people I love them. To not sweat the small stuff. To not be lead by money (can’t take it with you when you go). To slow down. To laugh. To not be concerned about what others think. To make people lives better when I enter it. To give a few bucks to the homeless guy on the street corner. To not judge others. To realize just how fortunate I really am.
Honestly, I desire to live with a love for people that goes beyond people’s understanding. We only get so much time with the people in our lives. Why not show how much we care? Maybe It’s humbling or embarrassing. But who really cares? My goal is to start living this way. Living like tomorrow isn’t promised, because it isn’t. God loves you and so do I. Thanks to each of you for being apart of my journey in someway. If you are going through a rough patch in life, hang in there. Keep your head up and keep pressing forward. God bless and enjoy your life. It’s a gift.
