This morning I found this very informative report from the Minneapolis Star/Trib! I used to deliver that newspaper over 50 years ago in Windom, Minnesota! Started my radio news life at the Minnesota State News Network in 1978!

The Trump administration announced Monday night that it will ask Congress for “at least $2.5 billion” in additional funding to fight the coronavirus.The funding request will include at least $1 billion for vaccine development, an official said.
