The Number One Book…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I am so thankful for how God takes care of us. As I journey life, I have asked the Lord that I would be out of the way so he could work through me. Recently, I had an opportunity to speak about my book Good Morning Beautiful People, Angel’s Prayer of the Day. I prepared what I would say and when I went to speak something else came out. After speaking I sat at my table and thought to myself what just happened?
I stood up on stage and told everyone about the number one book, the Bible. I began to tell them about the promises of God and their assignment was to make sure they all have one and read Psalm 37:23. I never mentioned the book I had written. Hmmm…Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for your Word, your promises and the power it carries. Every breathing soul needs to have this book and read it, believe it and receive it. This book tells the whole story, has all the answers and is the number one book in the world today.
Father, your Word tells us in John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
Father, thank you for this powerful book. Hebrews 4:12 tells us the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
Father, thank you that your Word does not return void. Isaiah 55:11 tells us my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
Father, thank you for drawing man unto yourself. Amen
