Because God Said So, It Will Be! By Karen Rowe

Good morning to you dear friends,

Please know that I hope this is a blessing to you.  I don’t know who this is for, but I am struggling to share this.  By Faith, this is written for me; and the one only God knows.

With a gentleness in my heart and a joy rising up … this is as an introduction to this message of amazing Hope!  And, wow!  Don’t get me started, but Hallelujah to an awesome God we serve!  This is just a glimpse to get you started!  But the Title of Today’s Devotion come to me:  Because God Said So!

and hear this with a whisper …

and it will be so …

Like God said, Let there be Light and there was light!

A quick story.

Our kids gave my husband / their daddy a tee-shirt for Father’s Day one year a while back.  But it said, “Because I said so, Dad!”  They giggled, but what a truth in that!  And, if you have been blessed like we have to know a good dad in your life … What a wonderful truth to trust in!  But as kids, we don’t always like it … even thought it is good for us.  I mean, really, even still today.  Isn’t it hard not to get our way in this world?

Once my dad, said, “No.  Karen, he said, (and I can still hear him saying it), even if I could afford that car, I still would say no.  … because …  ”

And, so it is with God, eventually we will understand “the because”, but until understanding comes, knowing our Father in Heaven would give us the world if it were good for us is good enough to trust him at his word.  God is leading us somewhere greater!

When Bonnie died, it seemed like we couldn’t get over loosing her.  After the 3rd day, God gave me a revelation in our talking with our son, Daniel.  I said, Daniel, I would give every thing we had to get Bonnie back … if we could.  Wouldn’t you?  Daniel agreed, he would have given anything to get Bonnie back with us and alive again.  Then, the Revelation come!  As the words just flowed out of my mouth, I received this from the Lord!

That is exactly how God felt about us!

Will you consider this?

God felt us die too!  God would have giving all He had to get us back with Him again!  And, He did!  God gave everything he had to get us back into a Relationship with Him and alive again forevermore!

God gave us His son, Jesus, who is the Christ, the Son of the Living God!

God’s message of hope keeps coming!

I suppose let that sink in a minute, because I lived it.  Can you relate a story where God brought you through something difficult (or maybe you are going through a very difficult thing right now?) that you don’t even want to face … ?  Friend’s , this too shall pass.  When we grow up (like life bursts through the cold and dark ground for a flower bulb)  ~ when we experience the other side to see God was preparing us for something greater …

This too shall pass;  And, eventually, we shall see we are better because of it?  Stronger and more giving and more faithful …

Okay, now I hear in my ear, we grow through difficulty and gain a Better Fruit (that of the Spirit whom was with us & helped us through all things).

Okay, and said with a smile, moving on, I warned you not to get me started.  :)

But do you see how welcome you are here?

do you see how welcome you are here?

God says, Because I Said So!

There are 2 things I would like you to consider as you read my personal Daily Devotion to God’s Holy Word Today / or any day that I share with you too.  And, like my mentor has taught me to listen to others, Read it like you would eat fish.  There might be bones in it.  Eat the meat (the good stuff that’s from God) and consume it as nourishment for your bones, but if you find a bone in it (a human mistake) … eat the meat, but spit out the bones.  :)

  1.  God is so good to us, that God didn’t say, Go to Page 1563, paragraph C, article B, subcatagory A.  Rather, it is written for us to know when we are ready to learn the Revelation of God’s Word to us, which means, we should always be getting understanding from the Lord; and according to His Word.  But until understanding comes, and we find it written in revelation to our lives, Because God says so is a blessing to believe!
  2. Sometimes we find ourselves facing things that we would give anything to change.  But consider this:  In all things … In ALL things … in A L L things;  Yes, There is Hope!

How are you praising God?  How are you thanking God?  Enter into His Gates with Thanksgiving and into his Courts with praise!

When you receive this you will never be the same!

  • Read all the way to the bottom … The intro is new, the Devotion is done, the Closing is made Afresh for you!  Notice the word LET as in a prayer, as it will happen because it is spoken; and the blessing of when it does happen.  God said, “let” …and look what happened.
  • Sometimes we can get caught up in the thee(s) and the thou(s) of not really understanding what God wants us to know about the Beginning and the End and the LIFE EVERLASTING and without end!  Come to Jesus and confess all you know…The Creator and Savior will help you with all the rest.  It’s by His Spirit calling you that you can come.  I hope this is a blessing to YOU!  Love in Christ, Karen

Daily Devotion to God’s Holy Word.

Because God Said So, It Will Be!  By Karen Rowe

Isaiah 55:6-9 King James Version (KJV)
6 Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

What is the call?

What is the way? Well Let’s not shy away from answering that! The answer is Jesus & God understands you! The call is Come!

When you receive this you will never be the same!

“Ho, EVERY ONE THAT thirsteth, COME YE TO THE WATERS, and he that hath no money; COME ye, buy, and eat; yea, COME, buy wine and milk without money and without price (Is 55:1 KJV).”

Could it be that Jesus is the Wine and Milk?  Spirit and Word?  Let’s see …

Wine / Spirit

“And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;”

Ephesians 5:18, KJV

Milk / word

I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

1 Corinthians 3:2 King James Version (KJV)

This is your Season to Know Jesus!

Come!

Jesus understands you!

“SEEK ye the Lord while he may be found, CALL ye upon him while he is near: FOR my thoughts are not your thoughts, NEITHER are your ways my ways, SAITH THE LORD.”

(Isaiah 55:6‭, ‬8).”

“I don’t think the way you think.

“The way you work isn’t the way I work.”

God ’s Decree. For AS the sky soars high above earth, SO the way I work surpasses the way you work, and the way I think is BEYOND the way you think. JUST AS rain and snow descend from the skies AND DON’T go back UNTIL they’ve watered the earth, DOING THEIR WORK of making things grow and blossom, PRODUCING seed for farmers and food for the hungry, SO WILL THE WORDS THAT COME OUT OF MY MOUTH NOT COME BACK EMPTY-HANDED. ☆They’ll DO the work I SENT them to do, they’ll COMPLETE the assignment I gave them (Isaiah 55:8‭-‬11).”

WORDS are SEEDS

Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you …even … sure mercies…(Isaiah 55:3).

A pause … for Fred’s Story.

Fred’s dad died when he was a baby.  Fred’s mother died from cancer when he was 7 years old.  Fred’s grandfather made him clean out the barn.  Fred hated cleaning out the barn and hated spreading horse and chicken manure.  One day, Fred’s Grandpa had Fred watch a documentary on the importance of fertilization, which changed Fred’s perception and attitude about cleaning out the barn.  Today, Fred compares his life to fertilization and how we can spread cheer to make things grow bigger and better and healthier.

I met Fred after a couple of days of avoiding him.  I shared what the Lord put on my heart to say and Fred and Michael just looked at me.  I washed my hands with the door closed and praise God for a seed to sow.  It was a seed of Hope.  I prayed in that restroom, that seed would not come back void and praised God for the seed to sow.  I returned to my table and Fred come to me. He said, “You have no idea how important and timely that message was for me to hear.”  And then he also ministered unto me … this story I now share with you too.  See?  It is God who gives the increase.  We sow seeds; we water the plants, but it is God who gives the increase!  And, this ties together, because of what God has said in Today’s Devotion!

You will see it; with the Lord’s help you will!  And, when you receive this, you will never be the same!

To ramp this up ~ IF that is possible? But when understanding comes Hallelujah God IS GOOD! CHECK THIS OUT!

God said LET! Which means it is spoken and declared by God …are you ready for This?

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: IT SHALL NOT RETURN UNTO ME VOID, BUT IT SHALL ACCOMPLISH THAT WHICH I PLEASE,    A N D    IT   SHALL   PROSPER   in the thing whereto I sent it (Isaiah 55:11).

Whereto?

Whereto? God’s Word IN you TO work /we are where God sends His Word!

God said LET  … Thus, the Title Today.

Consider this:  Because God Said So, It Will Be!

“LET the wicked forsake his way, & the unrighteous man his thoughts:AND LET him RETURN UNTO THE LORD, AND HE WILL HAVE MERCY UPON him; & to our God, FOR he WILL ABUNDANTLY pardon (Isaiah 55:7).”

[And, we hear the word YOU and with JOY & again YOU and with PEACE!]

“For ye…with joy, & be led…with peace: (Isaiah 55:12).

“INSTEAD of the thorn shall come up … & INSTEAD of the briar …

AND it shall be TO THE Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign

THAT SHALL NOT BE CUT OFF (Isaiah 55 and verse 13).”

Isaiah 55:6-9 King James Version (KJV)

Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:

Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Friends, there are two YES(S) to JESUS!

  1. Yes, I Come to you and Believe!
  2. Yes, I will follow you when adversity comes at me!

Closing Verse:  Open your Bible and plug in the address to goal a mindset on following Jesus for your Benefit, because God says so:

Hebrews 5:13-14 (KJV)

13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

YES!  There is HOPE!

God already answered YES to every promise He ever made to you! Are you willing to compromise your trust in God in the unknowns, when adversity comes at you?  Friends, let this be a blessing to you!  As we climb a staircase to get to the total transformation in Christ, know that in this world, we will have adversity come at us to stop us from believing; or discourage us.  YET!  As you look at the staircase, every time you take a step up with Jesus, you are not who you used to be.  God makes us better, stronger and more effective to be the light in this dark world.

Lord, I hope I am saying this right … because Jesus knows what you are going through and I don’t want to come off as insensitive, because that is simply not true.  I have thoughts running through my head that you know I can’t understand how hard it is for you right now.  Yet, I write.  Because I may not know, or understanding fully, but the One who inspires me to bring good cheer to you (A message of Hope like the fertilizer can work) to you; Jesus understands you and all that is going on with you.  Jesus does care for you.

Will you consider, that God knows who you are!  Yes, there is HOPE and God has chosen you to rise up in HOPE and believe!  Why?  Well, because God’s thoughts are higher than our thoughts and He’ll comfort you, SO THAT you can be a comfort to anyone in any trouble, by the same comfort you yourself have received.

It is not over.

And, there’s more!  It is not over.  Maybe you just needed to hear that?  And it took all this to say that.  It’s not over.  There is more.

Yes! There is hope!  You are only a step away!  Take it upwards to Jesus!  If fear, anxiety, depression or frustration are coming at you saying it’s too much?  Look again at the stair case … it’s the same one as before.

You may say, Say What?  Well sure!  It’s harder, because now you are stronger.  But who is it who strengthens you every time?  And, there will be another step and another step … but aren’t you glad that Jesus has already taken those steps before us!  You are not alone!  You are not forsaken!  You are not forgotten!  You, In Christ, are a child of God!  And, if I may encourage you, if you are feeling it, then the devil is trying to prevent you from receiving what God has set before you.

Kinda like Fred didn’t like it, until He got the message that Cheered his heart with a joy that transcends all understanding.  You bet, we can’t crack each other’s heads up with this; and I am certainly not trying to.  This is simply just a message of Hope that it’s not over until God says it’s over; and when the time is right, and you receive this from the Lord, will you tell me how God has blessed you from this?

You are not alone!

You are not forsaken!

You are not forgotten!

You, In Christ, are a child of God!

Now, the Lord is pressing on my heart to ask you to consider, why not you?  Aren’t you worthy of being prepared to stand in the family you are called to?  Goodness – None of us are worthy!  BUT consider JESUS!  And, look to the Father!  There is MORE yet to COME!

God for us.  God with us.  God in us.

Perhaps this is the time to share this?  Did the Bible say God will comfort us in some of our tribulation?  Or, didn’t the Bible actually convey to us that God will comfort us in ALL our tribulation!

God understands you; and more than you can imagine He loves you!

God understands you; and more than you can imagine He loves you!

Repeat and Believe … Read this aloud that you can hear what God wants to get into your heart:  Comfort in HOPE!  Yes, there is HOPE for you and me too!  His Name is Jesus and God has provided the Way!  We just have to learn how to get over those humps to stand on the next level with Jesus.  Growing level by level, we are not meant to stay the same, but to be transformed into the image of God’s Son.  Then, when completeness comes, we are prepared in Christ to receive it!  Whoop!  Praise God for Truth!  And, thank you Jesus for this grand HOPE!

2 Corinthians 1:3-5 King James Version (KJV)

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;

Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

God for us.  God with us.  God in us.  NOW … Believing on Jesus,

AFTER THIS MANNER THEREFORE PRAY YE:

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Matthew 6:9-13 King James Version (KJV)

Meet Karen: Hi, I am blessed, by God's good grace and because I know Jesus, I am blessed. I choose to be blessed, because I have a choice set before me and I refuse to look down. I trust God and I know and believe in the love God has for us. I have overcome difficulties; and I am blessed by the grace of God alone. If I have written about it, then I have felt the pain of it in some way, and to some degree. Did you know that Jesus has felt your pain? This is why I write. By God's grace I can identify; and tell you honestly, yes there is hope in anything and everything that you are facing today! Jesus is our Hope! He is the Truth, the Way and the Life. I am married a wonderful man, Robert Rowe; I love my husband and he loves me; and we have been married for 28 years. Together, we have been blessed with a wonderful daughter, named Amanda who is college now; and a wonderful son, named Daniel who is growing up well and soon to graduate elementary school. We work together and by God's grace we run our own business called PSI. We have a pastor over our ministry and over our business and also we depend on him for advise in our family. We have 2 dogs, 4 horses, 2 cats and love to spend time outdoors by the water and by campfires ... that is it seems when we can find time away from life's busy schedule. I love to write because it helps me learn more about God. And, I am driven by a passion from a love that God has put in my heart to share from my experiences and struggles, as I gain understanding in God’s Word to know how effective and powerful God is over our every situation! I share with you so you can know that you are not alone in your struggles. The same God who helps me and my family, is your help and shield as well! Life is not always easy, but it is possible –I like to share the difference that following Jesus makes in my life. And, I love to share God's patience and mercy and love that is with me! I am not perfect, but am experiencing God sanctify me through and through with every mistake I make; and yes, overcome in Christ! Life is not just about the successes; life on this earth is also about the troubles we overcome to discover what God has hidden in our faith to find! Troubles are more a challenge to grow in our faith ... It is not easy, but in the end the grace of God we discover is worth experiencing God in the midst. By Grace, I have discovered Jesus is Peace and He is my Joy and Wisdom from Heaven. God is our Provider and Healer and Creator, who is our help and shield over all things. By grace, I have experienced a nearness to God through my faith in His Son! We are well forgiven by God; and well blessed when we know and believe the love that God has for us. To say, "all is well with my soul" is a powerful knowledge to understand and experience. I sense God's desire for you to know His love for you and how deep His love for you is that He has SO loved you; God gave you His Son. God loves you right now just as you are! There is so much to learn! I believe that as we learn from God, we are God’s gift to each other. It is all God’s story –and for His glory; and God has SO loved us. I love to paint the vision that God has given me about a Father’s love –that God wants you to dream again and visualize His love for you! In God’s eyes, there’s more to life than we see; and in a world that sometimes misrepresents and misunderstands God and love; God wants you to have the courage to dream His dream and see His vision of a Father’s love for you! Many years ago, I prayed to God, “How can I tell a million people what I know about Your Son?” God showed me I had a gift of a ministry about God's Love; and He called it Hope in Today! I write to please God and I write to encourage you; and I write to spend quiet time with God. All because of this love that God has first shown me! I need Jesus –and my life is about my relationship with God. And, every blessing begins with Him! Love in Christ, Karen Rowe, Director Hope in Today Ministries, Inc.
