Urgent Prayer Alert: Sending Hope to COVID-19 Epicenter
Responding to NYC Crisis
BGEA Chaplains to Serve Alongside Samaritan’s Purse at Central Park Hospital
Crisis-trained chaplains with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team are now ministering in America’s epicenter of the pandemic: New York City. The city’s health system is overwhelmed, and its people are desperate.

You can share the Gospel in the face of this pandemic—in New York and across the globe—through your gifts and prayers. God’s Word says, “The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working” (James 5:16, ESV). Please pray for healing, for God to open hearts to His love, and for strength and stamina for medical teams.

You may have heard news reports of distraught families whose loved ones are dying alone in the hospital. We want to surround these suffering individuals with teams who will care for them and pray for them. Will you help offer this kind of hope?

Chaplains are working at the Samaritan’s Purse 68-bed emergency field hospital which was just set up in Central Park. Ask God to give them words to speak and to use them to bring the light and love of Jesus Christ during this dark time.

Twenty-nine years ago and only blocks away, God moved in a special way in the same Central Park. A quarter of a million people heard Billy Graham proclaim the Good News in one afternoon. Let’s pray that God will change lives today with that same powerful message.

Your prayers and gifts will help transform lives. May God bless you and use you to bring lasting hope to many desperate hearts.
