DO NOT FEAR
Fear has no place in the lives of believers. It tries to sneak in at every turn, your health, your family , your finances and your safety. The enemy knows and he will try to put things in your mind like bad reports, discouragement, oppression, doubt giving you thoughts of fear. Like right now the news on coronavirus how the world is being effective by it. The world is in a place of fear not knowing what is going to happen and when it is going to end.
The word of God says in Psalm 58:3 When I am afraid , I put my trust in you.
Isaiah 41:10 Fear not for I am with you
Fear is the opposite of faith. God wants us to walk by faith and the enemy wants us to walk in fear. When we have a deep understanding of God’s unconditional love for us he will take care of us and protect us.
2 Timothy 1:7 For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, of love and a sound mind
The good news is you can defeat fear and experience the peace of God. Fear does not have to be part of your life. Start meditating and reading God’s Word, it will give you strength, and give you peace of mind knowing that God loves you and will protect you.
Isaiah 41;13 For I the Lord your God will hold your right hand, saying to you , Fear not I will help you.
Psalm 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger so why should I tremble?
Proverbs 29:25 The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe.
Psalm 91:1-7 He who dwells in the shadow of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord He is my refuge and my fortress my God, in whom I trust. Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers , and under his wings you will find refuge, his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by night, nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness nor the plaque that destroys the midday. A thousand may fall at your right side ten thousand at your right hand but it will not come near you.
9 If you make the Most High your dwelling , even the Lord who is my refuge 10 then no harm will befall you no disaster will come near your tent. 11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. 12 They will lift you up in their hands so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
14 Because he loves me says the Lord, I will rescue him, I will protect him for he acknowledges my name. 13 He will call upon me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him 16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation.
Scriptures says That God is our fortress our refuge. We are under his wings he’s our shield he is faithful and no harm will come near us. He commands his angels to guard us, because we love God he will protect us and when we call upon him he hears and delivers us.
Thank you Lord in those times when I am afraid I can trust in you for your protection. I will not fear, for your grace and your love embraces me with confidence and assurance of your faithfulness. Amen
