Good day to you dear Friends In Christ,

Surely, in Christ, mercy and goodness shall follow you all of the days of your life.  Are you ready to go deeper to understand what it is that is going on right now?  God is on the move setting us in this city on a hill to let our light so shine to the world that there is a better way (Hope) than the world has ever known.

I don’t feel 100% Today, but does that mean anything more that it is?  If the stores shut down, does that mean anything more than it is?  Can we work together in this world – Together in Christ and not divided for a higher purpose and cause?

So that, the world can see Christ in a Christian.

Let the love of Jesus shine.

Stone soup is on my mind.  As you read today’s devotions – Yesterday’s Devotion posted as this one, and coming forth is the devotion of today about Mercy, The Kingdom Come and being the Salt of the Earth.  As you read these today, ponder what it is that you have to share with those who may need one of what you have been blessed to have.

Adam and Eve were scared, but God gave them clothes.  God had Mercy on the very two who should have been dedicated to God, but they did what they knew would offend God, or they wouldn’t have hid.  Extending Grace to another today is much like this.

Whatever we do, do it in the name of Jesus.  God will give the increase. This is why Jesus come:  To Accomplish This very HOPE for us all!  And, it is finished!  Now, we have been called to desire to be chosen to serve, so that the world might believe that Jesus is the true and living Light to the love God has for the world.

How are we chosen to serve?  We grow in our faith by faith by doing good by faith and see that God does the work.  Our faith must grow – and doing Good / and sharing with those in need is the way God works in our faith.  We see, God does meet every need and our faith increases!  But it takes faith:  right?  To move past where you are, it takes one step, right?  One step at a time, and To God be the glory every step of the way!

I hope this encourages you to let your light shine out of the darkness.  It is said, that in complete darkness, one small flickering candle can be seen from miles away.  Do not underestimate what your one loaf of bread can do for someone to feel the love of God that He has 1st put in your heart.

See?  Because only God knows how much someone is in need; and God has positioned you right where your light can shine.  Have mercy on the weak and scared.  Remember the times, when God was preparing you for times such as these when it was more than you could bare – But His wings sheltered you!

I had that vision and I am here to tell my story (as I get these opportunities) to encourage you to let  your light so shine for Jesus and the love God has for the world.

Next up, in case you don’t get beyond this devotion today:  Open your Bible to Matthew Chapter 5 – Today on one page, the Lord lifted up for my eyes to see:  Repent: for the Kingdom of Heaven (God) is at hand.  Vs 19 And Jesus said unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.  Vs 13, 14, 15 …Believers as salt and light.  Verse 7:  Blessed are the merciful:  for they shall obtain mercy.

Being prepared to be sent to go out to make a difference … is who you are in Christ.
Friends, I am convinced we who are in Christ are inside the camp right now. What do you think?

Regardless of what the Lord has revealed to us, this is the message I woke up with to share for us to be prepared to share and to do good.

Painting a picture of the depths we plant a flower bulb. A bag of bulbs come with planting instructions and a depth gauge pictured of how deep to dig that hole for the best results for the bulb you are planting to grow.

Friends, how deep we are planted in Christ is how much we can grow and stand against being defeated by the world’s troubles.
How rooted are we in the Word of God matters.

Put together ‘Scriptures in Pictures’ inspires me to go deeper into the Word of God; then, I share.

Friends, you will feel the effects of what is going on out there, BUT how we in Christ respond to what we need is different that those who are in the world.

Just because we get sick doesn’t mean we won’t survive! Just because the stores sell out doesn’t mean, we will perish! Our God is a good Lord and we are being sent outside the camp to make a difference SO THAT some may believe ON Christ.

This is so real to me! Sharing what we have with no concern for our self is trust in God Alone! Sure that is your way of life through the compassion IN CHRIST who fills our souls! Yet the world? Some may have never seen SUCH compassion before like the compassion of Jesus who fills your soul!

So dig deep and plant deep to grow deep roots in Christ and abide there! Love deeply and give what you have to share and don’t forget to DO SO IN JESUS NAME!

Friends, when you receive this you will never be the same! FOR “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John 3:15‭-‬17 KJV

How was this for you Today? I just got my happy! I may have not felt 100% … BUT 100% IN CHRIST oh wow!
