Add This Ingredient To Your Day…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Recently my two grandkids and I made no bake cookies. I am not sure what happened exactly, but we needed a little more liquid in the mix. I was busy trying to keep the ingredients in the bowl as their two mixing spoons where going in every direction. We ended up with cookies, but you definitely needed to drink your milk with them.
Isn’t that like our day sometimes? We feel dry and need a little rain in our lives. As we worship our God whether we feel like it or not, it is like adding the missing ingredient.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for opening the flood gates over us. Today, we pray Psalm 95: 1-7 over our lives, our city, our nation and the nations of the world.
We sing for joy to our Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. We come before you with thanksgiving and extol you with music and song. For our Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods. In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care. Amen
