How Much Longer God?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. When my kids were young, we would go different places and they would continually ask, are we there yet? It seemed we didn’t even get out of town and the questions began. All the way there they would ask the same thing over and over again, are we there yet and how much longer?
Recently, I had a huge answer to prayer. I have had to wait and put all my trust in God. At times I thought I couldn’t and wouldn’t make it. I had to trust God that his Word was true and that no weapon formed against me would ever prosper. (Isaiah 54:17) I just had to wait and I must admit I didn’t like it. I asked him continually, how much longer, God?
I don’t know about you, but I like God to work fast. I discovered there’s a difference between his timing and mine. He used those difficulties to show me his faithfulness. He showed me how much he loved me and that I could trust him as a faithful father in every aspect of my life.
I know today, he desires you to trust him as well. You will find he is faithful, faithful from the very beginning of your life to the very end. It’s in the waiting for the answer that you will become more like him.

Father, thank you for your faithfulness to us. You truly are the one true God that died for mankind. (John 3:16)
Father, thank you that your people can hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for you who promised is faithful. (Hebrews 10:23).
Father, even if we are faithless, you remain faithful. (2 Timothy 2:13). Amen.
