ALL GLORY TO GOD!!!!!!! From the Baptist Press:

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (BP) — At age 93, after pastoring 70 years, fighting in World War II and preaching at revivals all over the U.S., Fred Lunsford was ready for the Lord to take him home.

Lunsford said he spent many hours every day frequenting his personal prayer garden and a mountain on his property he called “Light House Mountain” asking God to reveal His purpose.

95-year-old preacher prompts thousands to pray for global revival

This message and the one from Joni here, got me all fired up as when God called me and Sharon into full-time ministry, He said that name is to be For God’s Glory Alone!!! ALL GOD!! We are but a little ministry operating pout of our house, but with all our website, radio, newspaper, YouTube, Facebook, Revival’s, Preaching, etc…we have reached millions of people in our almost 8 years. THAT IS ALL GOD!! ALL GOD!! FOR HIS GLORY!!! I BOAST A LOT BUT I DO IT IN OUR LORD!! HE HEALED ME TO BE ABLE TO WALK AND RUN AT AGE 5!!! I HAD A VERY BAD HIP DISEASE! The Doctor said that I may never walk or run like the other kids, those words are etched in me, to remind me the GREATNESS OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST!!!!! I am going to be 64 on July 4th, I run 3 miles a day, the LORD HEALED ME OF DIABETES THIS YEAR! I WAS DIAGNOSED IN APRIL OF 2019 and in FEB. of 2020 HE HEALED ME!!! I LIVE TO SERVE JESUS!

I learn how to live for JESUS from my mentors, my elders….

A Lesson from Corrieby Joni Eareckson Tada
“When I came to you, brothers, I did not come with eloquence or superior wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God. For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.”1 Corinthians 2:1-2
A number of years ago Ken and I attended Corrie ten Boom’s funeral. It was a simple service, brief, not many flowers, very European. But, oh, how challenged we were when we left the church that day.Several pastors spoke about Corrie’s life, reading excerpts from her books or recounting incidents from her ministry. They all talked about her love of Jesus. One pastor said Corrie had instructed him to speak at her funeral about Jesus’ love—not about Corrie ten Boom.

That was so like Corrie! Jesus was always at the center of her thoughts and words. She rarely spoke of “the Christian walk” or “the Christian experience.” She didn’t speak of Christ as though he were some creed, doctrine, or lifestyle. What’s more, she didn’t just say, “The Lord,” as in “I love the Lord” or “The Lord told me this.” She always named him. She said, “The Lord Jesus.” She spoke about a Person—a Person she loved more than anyone else—and she was careful to always name him with confidence and pride. Pride, you say? It’s okay to boast in the Lord: “As it is written: ‘Let him who boasts boast in the Lord’” (1 Cor. 1:31).

As Ken and I left the graveside, he said, “How is it we get so caught up in explaining our walk in Christ or some spiritual experience instead of simply talking about him?”

Do you find yourself in the same situation? God forbid we should reduce our Savior to a fine-print doctrine squeezed between the pages of a theology textbook. May the Lord wake us out of spiritual slumber if we catch ourselves making a big deal of our “life in Christ” rather than the simple testimony of Jesus.

Jesus, I want you to be my message, my joy, and my hope. Today I want to share who you are and tell people about my love…just for you.
